Assignment 22A- Elevator Pitch 3

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M06zsPbHe8M

The piece of feedback that stood out to me the most was to sound more enthusiastic when presenting my pitch. This was a very useful piece of information as I did not realize how dull I sounded throughout my presentation. Also, it was mentioned to me that I tend to use a lot of hand movements and shifting from side to side when I am speaking. I tried to cut this out as much as possible and not make any movements that may distract the audience from my presentation. Both pieces of advice have been extremely helpful in helping me make my pitch better. Lastly, I am more comfortable presenting in front of a camera and my pitch has become much easier to remember. With practice and advice from my peers, my most recent pitch is definitely an improvement from my first one.

  1. Prince,

I really enjoyed watching your third and final elevator pitch. You certainly do seem more comfortable in front of the camera. You successfully implemented the feedback you received, which is awesome.

You did a good job of presenting the information about your solution/service/workshop and I do believe that this elevator pitch would be what your customer avatar might hope for.

My only constructive criticism/advice was that it looked like you were referring to your notes during the elevator pitch. Although you did so minimally, a little more familiarization with your pitch to prevent doing so may help.

    Good work!

  2. Prince,

I think your third elevator pitch was the best one out of all the ones you have done so far in this class. The first thing I noticed was how you corrected yourself when you shifted from side to side in the beginning and made sure not to do it again after that. I can see that you reduced the amount of hand movement in your speech and that is good as well. It's something that becomes natural over time when you are doing speeches in front of people.
